These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) apply to all products and services provided by GEELINX LTD (hereinafter referred to as “GEELINX”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”).
Before purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service provided by GEELINX, please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you fully understand all of its contents.
By successfully purchasing or using any GEELINX service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or our Refund Policy, you must not purchase or use GEELINX products or services.
1. Parties and Definitions
1.1 GEELINX LTD
GEELINX LTD is the lawful owner and operator of the relevant websites (the “GEELINX Platform” or the “Site”) and all services provided thereunder.
In this Agreement, “Services” include, but are not limited to:
- Data transmission services
- Cloud computing or computing resource services
- Hosting services for servers, hosts, or websites
- Any other online services provided by GEELINX from time to time
1.2 User
“You” or “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that registers for, purchases, accesses, or uses GEELINX Services.
2. Acceptance and Applicability of the Agreement
2.1 By ordering or using GEELINX Services, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement. 2.2 This Agreement applies to all GEELINX Services you purchase or use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3 GEELINX provides Services only on the condition that you agree to and comply with this Agreement.
3. Services
3.1 Prior to placing an order, you may review available service plans, configurations, pricing, and applicable conditions on the GEELINX Platform. 3.2 Upon completion of your order and receipt of payment, GEELINX will confirm service activation via email or platform notification. 3.3 GEELINX reserves the right, for compliance, security, risk control, or operational reasons, to refuse service to any user. 3.4 To maintain system security and stability, GEELINX may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, which may result in temporary service interruptions.
4. Modifications to the Agreement
4.1 GEELINX reserves the right to modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time, including but not limited to service content, fees, and usage rules. 4.2 GEELINX will notify users of modifications through website announcements, email, or other reasonable means. 4.3 The updated Agreement shall take effect upon publication and supersede all prior versions. 4.4 You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Service Term and Termination
5.1 The service term begins on the date GEELINX confirms the order and receives valid payment, and shall be subject to the plan you selected. 5.2 During the service term, users may not unilaterally terminate the Agreement or request a refund unless GEELINX commits a material breach. 5.3 GEELINX reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, and will notify you through reasonable means. 5.4 If services are terminated due to user violations of this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws or regulations, all paid fees are non-refundable.
6. Accounts and Security
6.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. 6.2 You must provide GEELINX with true, accurate, and valid contact information, particularly a frequently used email address. 6.3 You must notify GEELINX immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or security incident. 6.4 If false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided, GEELINX reserves the right to immediately terminate services and close the account.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 You retain all lawful rights to content that you upload, store, or publish through the Services. 7.2 You grant GEELINX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services. 7.3 You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights. 7.4 Any disputes or losses arising from user content shall be borne solely by the user.
8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
8.1 Users must comply with GEELINX’s published Acceptable Use Policy. 8.2 The use of GEELINX Services for the following activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Illegal, infringing, or high-risk activities
- Sending spam or distributing malicious software
- Unauthorized intrusion, scanning, or attack activities
- Child sexual abuse material, violence, or other illegal content
8.3 GEELINX reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services upon detecting violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
9. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
9.1 The use of GEELINX Services to send, distribute, or facilitate spam (SPAM) is strictly prohibited. 9.2 Any violation will result in suspension or permanent termination of the account, without refund.
10. Fees and Payment
10.1 All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. 10.2 Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please refer to that document for detailed eligibility criteria and conditions. 10.3 Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, and exchange rate differences related to payment.
11. Data Backup and Risk
11.1 Users bear ultimate responsibility for the integrity and security of their own data. 11.2 GEELINX does not guarantee data recovery under any circumstances and strongly recommends that users perform regular backups.
12. Disclaimer
12.1 Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties. 12.2 GEELINX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free services or that the Services will fully meet user requirements. 12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEELINX shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GEELINX harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your use of the Services
- Your content infringing any third party’s rights
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GEELINX LTD is registered. 14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
