Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by GEELINX LTD (hereinafter referred to as “GEELINX”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any GEELINX Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not purchase or use GEELINX Services.


1. Scope and Applicability

1.1 This Policy governs all refund-related matters for GEELINX Services unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

1.2 This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service (ToS) and other applicable policies published by GEELINX.

1.3 In the event of any conflict, this Refund Policy shall prevail with respect to refund-related issues.


2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

2.1 Special Products

Services or products explicitly marked as “Special” or containing a “Special” identifier in the product name.

2.2 Cryptocurrency Payments

Orders paid via cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

2.3 Violation of Terms

Any violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) or applicable laws or regulations.

2.4 IP Blocking or Network Restrictions

Service disruption, inaccessibility, or IP blocking caused by external factors, including but not limited to government censorship or firewall restrictions (e.g., blocking by the GFW).

2.5 Time Limitation

Refund request (ticket) submitted more than 24 hours after the time of payment.

2.6 Excessive Traffic Usage

If outbound traffic usage is greater than or equal to 10 GB at the time of the refund request.

2.7 Product Transfer (Push)

Products that have a transfer (push) record are not eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

3.1 GEELINX offers a 24-hour refund window starting from the time of payment, provided that:

  • The refund request (ticket) is submitted within 24 hours, and
  • Outbound traffic usage is less than 10 GB.

3.2 If a coupon, discount, or promotional code was applied at the time of purchase, refunds (unless otherwise stated) will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original list price.


4. Refund Methods

GEELINX supports the following refund methods:

4.1 Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds to the original payment method will be 80% of the actual paid amount.

  • The remaining 20% will be charged as a handling fee.
  • Each account is limited to one (1) such refund per calendar month.

OR

4.2 Refund to Account Balance

A full refund credited to the user’s GEELINX account balance for future use.

GEELINX reserves the final right to determine the appropriate refund method based on risk control, payment channel limitations, and operational considerations.


5. Dispute Handling and Abuse Prevention

5.1 If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order, you must first contact GEELINX support by submitting a support ticket for clarification or resolution.

5.2 Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or complaint through a payment processor without prior communication with GEELINX will be deemed abuse of the refund mechanism.

5.3 In such cases, GEELINX reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate services,
  • Forfeit any remaining balance or services,
  • Permanently suspend or ban the associated account(s).

6. Final Provisions

6.1 GEELINX reserves the right to interpret this Refund Policy at its sole discretion, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6.2 GEELINX may modify this Policy at any time, and updated versions will take effect upon publication on the GEELINX Platform.

6.3 Continued use of GEELINX Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
